Volunteers Needed to Help Us Support the Burnaby Red Cross

As many of you know, the club has offered its services to the Burnaby Red Cross to assist with their Amateur Radio / Emergency Communications and we'd like to get a group of members together who can help out with various tasks.

Volunteers would coordinate their activity through the club's liaison, Ron Hill VA7AUZ, and may also interact with our liaison at the Red Cross.

Ron will help you get up to speed with the equipment at the Red Cross facility in Burnaby.

The monthly check-ins are currently where the biggest need is for volunteers. We'd like to get a couple of members who could take turns checking in to the Victoria Net from the Red Cross building in the evening of every third Wednesday of the month. You do not need to have your own equipment, everything is already in place at the Red Cross and the check-in process goes fairly quickly.

If you would like to volunteer or get more information please send us a note.

Have a Safe and Happy Halloween tomorrow!!

New Link Added for QSL Card Printing

We've added a new link for a local Vancouver printing and graphic design company, QSL Concept, that provides custom QSL cards.
